Summary
BPP Law School is looking to appoint a ‘BPP Liaison Officer’ from Leeds University. The candidate will be a current undergraduate student and a member of the student Business School society. The candidate will be the main contact for BPP Business School at Leeds University and will be required to assist those students considering studying postgraduate or professional qualifications at BPP Business School. The role involves ensuring that important information about BPP Business School is disseminated to interested parties.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Distribution of BPP Business School material (e.g. prospectuses, event flyers, posters)
- Managing a Facebook group for all relevant Leeds University’s students interested and considering studying at BPP Business School
- Raising awareness of BPP Business School’s presentations and workshops taking place at Leeds University
- Ensuring that Leeds University students know of BPP Business School’s Open Days
- Keeping BPP Business School up-to-date with any relevant information affecting students at Leeds University
- Liaising with the Leeds University careers department to co-ordinate any BPP presentations/workshops
- Being the first point of contact within the Business School student society for any queries relating to BPP Business School
Requirements
The successful applicant must have the following essential qualities/qualifications:
- Good presentation/communication skills at all levels
- Understanding of BPP’s Business programmes
- Initiative, enthusiasm, sense of humour and drive
- Good organisation skills and the ability to deliver effective feedback
- Desire to make a difference and ‘can do’ – attitude
- Good IT skills and familiarity with social media, such as Facebook
Benefits
